For granite block cutting, there is two kind of block cutting machine, one is single blade cutting machine, another is multi blade block cutting machine. Granite multi-blades diamond segments is named as per the application, diamond segments are welded on multi blades, then installed on block cutting machine. On the market, there are two types of granite multi block cutting machine. The first one is all blade diameters are same, we call it single size multi blade block machine or European(Italy) multi block cutting machine, the second one is all blade sizes in two or more diameters, we call it multi size multi blade block cutting machine or Chinese multi block cutting machine.

Parameters are recommend for multi blade diamond segments from ChinShine engineers

For multi block cutting machine, ChinShine engineers recommends on fast cutting speed while at less cutting depth (down feeding depth). Max. Cutting speed or 2-4m/min for cutting speed and down feeding depth at 1-2mm.

Different with single blade block machine(bridge block saw), multi blades receive higher cutting impact and frictions from granite block when cutting through granite blocks, ChinShine designs multi blade diamond segments with better sharpness and less density of diamond powder to make it suitable for fast cutting and few down feed to balance the impact and frictions from the block to the machines.

Besides impact consideration, little down feed helps remain diamond open and not easily get dull caused by diamond particle fall down when cutting with bigger down feed.
