Here I can say you the first results of my cutting tests to hard granite. But yesterday I don't have the time to look if the diamond segments becomes dull after cutting with the new settings of granite. Because in the last time I was cutting slower the segments are anymore sharp after cutting through the night and the machine goes to error, so I have to test the new setting about a whole day. Yesterday I try only which maximum parameters I can cut with the speed you told me.
Now the results all on the same granite block:
Our standard setting for testing was:
13mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 6m/min x-axis speed, engine load 64A and on some parts of the stone it jump up for seconds to 76A
Cutting capacity 5.5m²/h
Test1 with 30% reducing x-axis speed:
17mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 4,2m/min x-axis speed, engine load 63A and on some parts of the stone it jumps up for seconds to 70A
Cutting capacity 5.3m²/h
Test2with 30% reducing x-axis speed:
20mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 4,2m/min x-axis speed, engine load 67A and on some parts of the stone it jumps up for seconds to 75A
Cutting capacity 8.2m²/h
More cutting deep is not possible, the engine load goes in the red area..... but we like this setting, the life is very good, it is better than Wanlong and JDK...
Test1 with 80% reducing x-axis speed:
25mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 1.3m/min x-axis speed, engine load 54A

Test2 with 80% reducing x-axis speed:

50mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 1.3m/min x-axis speed, engine load cutting backward 63, engine load cutting forward jumping from60A to 66A

Test7 with 80% reducing x-axis speed:
65mm cutting deep, 34m/s blade rotation, 1.3m/min x-axis speed, engine load cutting backward now also jumping from 66A to 72A, engine load cutting forward jumping from63A to 78A

If I set the cutting deep higher the engine load goes into the red area....
Note to Test6 to test7: the segments ripped pieces with more than 4cm out of the block from the border area of the block
